Unique Retaining Wall Renovation

This project allowed for some creativity in both design and install. This clients’ home has a very large driveway that they wanted to preserve and build around. We decided on a gray brick, layered retaining wall to provide plenty of dimension, as well as decomposed granite planters with young plants that will eventually mature and create a very shady, organic element. On the other side of the driveway, our client was interested in creating a more aesthetically appealing wall to separate his driveway from his neighbor’s planter. Our team suggested a natural look, using repurposed wood slabs from a previous tree removal.
